Processing time:
- All orders may take 2-4 business days (M-F) to process and fulfill. However, we will always try to expedite processing as much as possible.
- Any order after 5pm PST (Sun-Th) will begin the process on the following day.
- Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation.
Pick Up at the venue:
- Standard processing timeline will apply. (see above)
- Once you receive a Fulfillment confirmation, you may pick up your order at the main Box Office located in front of Segerstrom Hall at 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa Ca. 92626.
- Pick up will only be available during standard Box Office hours:
- Mon 10am to 2pm
- Tues - Fri 12pm to 5pm
- To help with any confusion: Please let the representative know you are there to pick up merchandise you ordered online.
